Nanotechnology refers to applied science in which the properties of materials are controlled on a nanometer scale by special methods. These properties include the physical, mechanical and chemical properties of materials.
Physical properties
Physical properties only refer to the appearance of the relevant materials. including mass, weight, color, density, dimensions, etc. In addition, these properties include characteristics such as impermeability to water and moisture, resistance to heat and freezing, and reaction to changing weather conditions.
Chemical properties
Chemical properties examines the effects of chemicals such as acids and bases, oils, water, salts, solvents, etc. on materials. In addition, these properties also analyze and examine the chemical effect of nearby materials.
Mechanical properties
evaluates the mechanical properties of tensile, shear, torsional and compressive strength of materials. These properties examine the hardness of the materials and the deformation of the materials due to the applied load, and also include the hammerability of the materials and their resistance.
